Although not a European or event non-US alternative to Audible, Libro.fm is here because they are an ethical alternative that allows customers to contribute to their local economy.

Libro.fm offers an excellent, ethical alternative to Audible, with the option to download your DRM-free books (own your own books – a big thing for me!).
