Every few months, we have a "Reading Salon". I offer you a theme, and you read one or more books that align to that theme, no matter how lightly. Choose your own books, or get inspiration from the list I provide.
Join us for an evening of Speed Booking in Innsbruck. Like Speed Dating, but instead of finding the love of your life, you might just find a new favourite book, thanks to personal recommendations from fellow readers. It's simple: bring a book recommendation and be ready to share it with 5-6 readers. Oh, and this is a "book walk and talk", so we'll be doing this on foot, or with walking aids.
This month, we'll be reading An African History of Africa (Eine afrikanische Geschichte Afrikas) by Zeinab Badawi, and/or The Taste of Apple Seeds (Der Geschmack von Apfelkernen) by Katharina Hagena. Feel free to read one or both books. If you don't finish the book and still want to be part of the discussion, come along anyway: we'll do our best to avoid spoilers.
