Innsbruck, where I live, is (apparently) now Austria’s most expensive city to live in.

So what makes a place livable, for the people who already live there?

More homes? Better use of small spaces? Ethical landlords – or penalties for those who aren’t?

If we want to create sustainable communities of people, services and ways of living and being, creating spaces for people to live, affordably, is a pillar that we can’t ignore.
